Class Descriptions

Gentle/Hatha Yoga – In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Vinyasa Yoga – A gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point & safely lands them at the next point. Union of breath & movement.

Yin Yang Yoga – Blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures…Yang yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the (yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga – is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Meditation/Breath Work/Chanting – Various styles of meditation, breath work and chanting will be utilized in this 30 min class.

Private Yoga – a 60-minute session that allows you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. This private sessions allows you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. ($75.00 /Hour)
